¿Cómo enviar claves al sitio web utilizando sus ID de elemento en C # ASP.Net?

En la siguiente aplicación, usé el paquete de agilidad HTML para extraer el documento HTML de la url dada. Ahora necesito saber cómo puedo usar las identificaciones de elementos del documento HTML e ingresar texto en los campos y al final, presione el botón ENVIAR para enviar el formulario.
